WENATCHEE — The Apple Valley Kiwanis’ annual prayer breakfast will be held at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club. The featured speaker will be Wenatchee native Toby Capps, who now lives in Seattle. Capps helped create the “Caregiver Kits” outreach program with the Christian relief organization World Vision.
