PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — One of golf’s most famous holes is nice to look at, but it’s not one of the nicest. Every year, about 120,000 golf balls land in the drink at the 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass. Brian Adams’ job is to retrieve them. But Adams hoists more than golf balls from the deep as our TV news crew learned the hard way.
