Question by Duffer007: Has anyone had experience with Best Buy Golf Supply? I’ve found their customer service to be horrible.?
I ordered a set of custom irons from them on June 17, 2006. As of today I have received and email confirming the order andone email advising that shipment would be made the week of the June 26th. I have sent two emails, one the end of that week and another this week. They have not responded to either email. When I check the order status on their site, it advises that no order exists in spite of their email acknowledging the order and assigning an order number. The one bright note is that they have not charged by credit card. Anyone had similiar experiences with this internet company. At this point I would not recommend anyone do business with these folks

very similar to Warrior Custom Golf too. don’t ever use them either.
